        hi, i did raise a ticket yet no reply in 3 days.
        4 days ago i noticed i got VIP1( that is not working anyway) and missing diamonds, altho i never purchase that.
        please correct it. remove the vip1 i dont want and refund the diamonds you have taken without my will.

Dear Player we are not ignoring anything, if you´re free player and got free diamonds then VIP1 will show from after you spent 1 diamond. It won´t  dissapear after thats the truth, even if you didn´t  recharge just by using only once and only 1 diamond VIP1 will show.

        Dear junior moderator.
        please understand that i did not buy anything, diamonds dissapeared from account and i got VIP instead, against my will.; I did NOT purchase anything prior to getting VIP and having diamonds missing from my account.

                        There is not a way to buy VIP1 , you can directly buy VIP4 or use trial VIP cards.       
                        And unfortunately there is no way to get your VIP off.

        how about you give back the missing diamonds?
        i did NOT buy anything prior to VIP1 showing on my account while diamonds are missing.
        refund the stolen diamonds.
