There are more Basic Questions being asked that could be avoided by Simply Reading.

READ THE EVENT, RULES, DESCRIPTIONS, ETC

This would cut the amount of post posted in half making room for more;

IMPORTANT POST and FASTER RESPONSES from players,;

With REAL Problems Needing Support,;

Actually;Reporting a Bug instead of ranting about it,

and for DISCUSSION THAT MATTERS,;

as well INCREASING MOD EFFICIENCY.;

Its shoveling through all the post that are easily avoided.

FAQ has it Rightful Spot in Forum No Doubt.;

There are Multiple Post of one FAQ;which;

Clutter up Support, General Discussion, and Bugs!

Tavern Section would be a GREAT PLACE to organize and consolidate FAQ.

Just a thought!

        this totally true, some ppl with ask Why i nv get those adv reward, bla bla bla
        after series of question, his point nv even pass the req.

        actually because of ppl who nv read adv reward req, CS tycoon 14:00, 22:00, n total now only used adv req.
        ( I remember post like this Because of many misunderstanding of normal and adv reward, we REMOVE the normal reward for CS tycoon) < break my wallet

        not to mention ppl who rant about problem without providing IGN and Server.

        but in other things, i think mod really should response to suggestion, at least for marker that the suggestion is read by mod. I see plenty of suggestion are ignored (no mod post).

        lol, thats totally true, HKT has +8, so normally they get event faster.;
        but from my exp, when event nv come they appears later at 15:00 Server time, idk why lol

        yea, the server time thing I have asked about many times, posted etc, usual report glitch before others see. some events start at reset others will show at 1400, on the day shown in new and announcements. kinda sucks because lose those 14 hours of event.; (event still ends at reset), This is also true for theme page, it runs 14 hours behind as well.so real easy to get confused and miss a day.
        would be nice to have players put stuff that has been made over time somewhere for access, I Know Neo has some good posts about evolves etc, tokkie probably has some etc, I have put a few together as well, be nice to have a spot for them and have it advertised so others can find, instead of buried in 60 pages of blah, blah, blah, buy my hand lotion. I do see the same issues come up again and again as you do frog, and its like come on already. But I also remember being new to game and not taking time to check every little sentence and button out.

        lol I got more confused about reading every little sentence in this game and lack of information just pisses me off. ; Not mention how much stuff is wrong or left you more confused to begin with. ;Not only that stuff doesn\'t work as advertised and of course subject to random ninja changes. ;;

        But finding post made me think of making an extensive FAQ/Guide about the game.

        I was debating about creating a quick reference material for the mods to include screen shots of stuff to make it easier to explain some stuff. ;;

        I\'ll be working on few different guides to help explain stuff to people.

        some ideas.
        lots of different forums have some variety of sticky posts. i think this one does as well, as there are some posts in top pane that have been there quite some time. however, it does not get used very much. it could be used more often for recurring issues. like letting players know that posting in Bugs section is not useful.
        some of the sillier ones, like the visual glitch in tavern for Valkyrie, just fix it. it seems like after it scrolls off the screen, another one shows up.
        same for payment issues. more than one of those per month is too many. the lifeblood of the company. and get the ticket system down to two days. lots of payment posts hit support saying no response to my ticket.
        although it is less clutter on forum, the me too add ons, after a mod has replied to OP, are less than helpful. they get missed or suck up mod time sorting through everything. IDK how to fix this one, except by educating people.

        for example, a sticky as first post in support, about Zeus sword bug/exchange, would eliminate a huge number of posts.
