HAS ANYONE ELSE RECHARGED THEIR DIAMONDS ONLY TO FIND THE SERVER SHUTS DOWN THE RELOADS AUTOMATICALLY, THEN LO & BEHOLD YOU HAVE YOUR DIAMONDS........BUT YOU ONLY HAVE $20 WORTH OF DIAMONDS BUT YOUR BANK HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR TWO (2) $20 TRANSACTIONS!!!;;; I AM ON DISABILITY AND AM ON A VERY STRICT BUDGET.;;THIS EXTRA $20 CHARGE WILL MEAN THAT I WON\'T BE ABLE TO BUY FOOD FOR MYSELF FOR FIVE (5) DAYS!!!;; THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED EITHER.; WHEN I FIRST JOINED UP, ONE FEBRUARY 13TH, I PURCHASED $3 WORTH OF DIAMONDS AND BOUGHT A STALLION SOUL AND A DRAGON EGG, THE SERVER SHUT DOWN AS MY TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETING.; THE DIAMONDS WERE GONE AND SO WERE MY MOUNT SOUL AND THE DRAGON EGG.; GT ARCADE HAS NEVER; NEVER NEVER ANSWERED MY TROUBLE TICKET!!!

        if you had such a bad experience the first time why would you recharge again?

        But as others have stated post in the support section i have had 2 issues over the last year and both times i posted there with the correct information it has been resolved.

thats why u donate from world pay i got over 100 euro losed from this payment method i am donate only with skrill in r2 platform there is no skrill and sometimes i am got failed transaction and lost my money ;

Post in the support section and do what neo said, the ticket system is a separate system from the support here in forums... and you might wanna prioritize food or something..
