Can anybody please tell me if it is possible to get the jester cat with the shards they sold?

Yeah I bought half a jester cat myself. After submitting a ticket, I was told that it will be featured again in an event soon. I thought it was pretty asinine that they sold me (and you) half a damn cat. Really poorly designed event.

They shards are available randomly during many events, same as now the Astral Tiger shards are, don\'t worry, there will be more events with them.

I am not looking for more shards, I have enough and would like to exchange it. If they do not plan to give an exchange events, could they give the gold back and I could use it in carnival to get the cat?

Going to ask on this on Monday, that the exchange window be put in on a more permanent basis, as with all the events and group sales there are a lot of shards floating around out there now.
