Can not Recharge via Paypal under new GTArcade Payment system

Had 1 successful recharge today (the 26th of Feb) via Paypal using the new gtarcade payment system. all other attempts have been rejected by Worldpay.

Please restore me to the whitelist.

having the same problem, keep getting recharge failed despite having plenty on my card, can\'t get paypal or the new generic credit card thing to work
