        since i am probably one of the oldest players, i am probably one of the most easygoing as well, having been around the block more than just a few times.

        i appreciate that the dev\'s might need a screenshot to fix a problem. i would like the dev\'s and JM\'s to recognize that after two or three screen shots of a regular problem, it gets tedious. especially when reported by more than one player.

        after i have reported a prob for the second time, even if it occurs in different events like log failure does, i do not look with anything like happiness on a request for a screen shot. server number and ign should be sufficient. the devs know what problems exist. they created them, and deal with them daily(maybe hourly).

        compensate me or not. i don\'t really care much any more. when diamonds for VIP renewal run out, it will be the end.

recurring problems

        We Request Screenshots for one, because each Error has a different Error Message at times. This can Help both in the Diagnosis of the Error, and also clear away any Misunderstandings along the way.

        To Explain, when Reported, a Junior Forum Mod will Report the Error to the Super Mods. If it is an Issue that a Super Mod cannot Handle, it is then sent to the Devs to be Fixed. Then is sent back down the Line again. If anyone in that Line of Exchange, happens to Misinterpret or Misunderstand what is being Described, can cause them to look in the Wrong Place for the Error. These Screenshots Help to make sure these Mistakes do not happen.

recurring problems

        again, when i have posted screenshots of errors, previously, and no apparent action has been taken, i feel that another screenshot is merely painting the Lilly or gilding fine gold.

        days and days go by with no resolution. i don\'t envy you your position, but i have suggested, in other posts, ways to deal with; errors that repeat.
