        I want my CC account fix now. It has been going on for months. Now I can not even do a recharge because a bozo cancelled my VIP on S500 while all I wanted to do is to change my CC info on S13.
        BTW there was a tentative to charge on S500 the 24th while I already paid with diamonds my renewal with diamonds on the 19th or 20th (just like it happened in December, you still owe mt 599 diamonds on that one). Double charge is a steal.

Okay, your having recharge issues. Others are also experiencing this. I will bring this to there attention right away. It may not even be trouble from our end. But I will see what I can do.

Yes Troubles is from GTarcade side, they messed up a lot.
        In December I had to diamonds recharge on S13 and they still charged my CC 4-5 days later ( I received just 600 diamonds of the 1199 I was due)
        If you read the links you will see one canceled my VIP on S500, so I had to buy it with diamonds, guess what?!?! GTarcade tried to take a paiement a few days after!!!!!
        I have been asking for SO long to change my CC info on S13, all I ended up with is a HUGE mess.

        I already made 3 treads about it
        I u7sed one VISA on S13 that I wanted to change for the same VISA I have on S500. I kept asking for months to be able to change the info
        Same answer all the time, you will be able to change it on next renewal. NOTHING WAS DONE
        On December 19th my S13 account VIP did not renewed so I had to buy it with diamonds but later on I saw YOU take a paiement for VIP renewal on the 24th
        So I was charged twice + did not get the 500 diamonds for renewal, total of 1199 you owe me, minus the 600 refunded.
        Since I could not do recharge I contacted VISA, we reseted my pw.......... result the problem is on your side.
        If you take a minute to read the 3 links for previous tread I wrote above, you will see how a messy situation became real aggravation!
        And once again (but this time on S500, read the treads) I had to use diamonds to get my VIP back. When I called VISA to reset pw, ect. I was informed you tried to take a paiement on the card the 24th
        I want what is owe to me, that you fix my account so I can do recharge and I want to change my CC info NOW, not next renewal because I do not beleive it will happen, I have asked since late summer/early fall (probably better doing it on S500 too)

        You took off the paiement cie!! Now people can not even recharge
        Gone for Chinese New Year then gone for the weekend
        BTW Patience, I (and many others) do not have anymore and sorry doesn\'t make it, we heard it too often and coming from GTarcade it is meaningless.

;finially the one super mod i have respect for sees this its all methods and its on gtarcades side im able to use my credit card anywhere but here talked to my bank and they even said it was your side i know as far as me and others on my server the issue started this last update also after talking to several players on my server only those that have access through facebook can recharge it cost us to miss out on precious and several of us to lose out on major prizes on quiz and now missing out on HoC;
