Recharge 6888 Haven't received the diamonds

On the Recharge 6888 states I collected the diamonds. So I have been waiting for 3 days. But I haven\'t seen the diamonds added.
The only thing what I did receive was the chest for leveling. This is the detail code w53843292 to track what has happend.
I hope you can solve this issue.

you dont get 6888 diamonds for first recharge you get a reward worth 6888 diamonds

No you don\'t receive the diamonds... you get items WORTH 6888 diamonds (supposedly) the Angels crest, leveling chest, and other random crap.;

So, the advertisement is 6888 worth of items in diamonds but you don\'t get 6888 diamonds.

You get whatever you recharged for and the rest will be in items such as Lunaria Crest and Courage gear etc.
