1-can not collect one of my rewards due to exceeds attempt error that pops up and 2-says I missed a log in day which I\'m pretty sure I didn\'t.; Usually check

in around midnight and know I did that night only to do LOA cause I was sick.; Please look into for me, I truly appreciate your assistance and sorry to have to bother you with this.; Thank you.
