        Dear GTArcade,

        Yesterday a player leaked information about some verysuspicious players, players who mostly rank very high in Cross Server events –often in top 3.

        He posted strange screenshots of the players inventory,no idea how he did it, but several players confirmed that he was actually ableto post other players inventory.

        Some of the screenshots showed that these suspicious playershad insane amount of released and unreleased materials –

        992 Excelsior Angel Marks
        9 million soulstones
        185.000 Seraph Stones
        Several full pages of stacks with 999 or 9999 material orevent items

        The players might be cheaters or they might be some ofyour accounts – no idea!

        Shortly after the information was posted, you deleted allthreads related to the ”incident” and blocked some forum users.

        Later yesterday you you made a sticky post blaming usplayers, your customers, for spreading false roumors and told everything thatwas posted was fake!

        I am not the biggest spender in this game, but I didspend a bit. After yesterdays information and your first response I decided tostop spending anything in this game anymore.

        What really made me mad was not that some player had 9million soulstones, or some unreleased material – it was your arrogant answerwhere you called us, your customers, for liars. Shame on you for acting like anostridge.

        If I ever should spend real money in your game again, I demanda proper compensation. Propercompensation is not 100 Vouchers and 50 soulstones.

        The compensation should be given to all players becauseyou blamed us and called us, your customers, liars, and you either allowedhackers to gain unreleased material or you planted accounts just to make usspend more.

        Even more compensation should be given to those whorecharged and/or paid real money to be VIP.

        The cheaters is your responsibility – it’s your game, ityour fault that some player was able to abuse an exploit to gain access tounreleased or insane amount of materials.

        Like I have stated before, this is very strange matter and how they responded and changed what they said. This isn\'t mistake. If you are senior, or even higher ranked person you have to think more than once before you respond. Do we have to forget it now or you and your staff are going to ban everybody so they can carry on scamming people? Instead you should offer apology and refund for those who really spending in this game and have lost because you so called hackers are ruining it.

        And I\'m sorry, I\'m not buying that crap that healthy person will spend every cross-tycoon hundred of thousands diamonds to win same items all over again, his bags are full of materials that he doesn\'t need or use at all. Doesn\'t make any sense at all. You really think that your players are idiots?
