hi its my 7th day now with this problem ( DATABASE ERROR in Zodiac )... Please fix it, I cant level up my main

this has happened lot of times to me, straight 3 days in the row on Server 11, user is Warrior Call, and I have not gotten any compensation despite that I sent a ticket
