When is the bug preventing Hero Dismissal going to be addressed?

I have sent in several service tickets and even had a alliance member post in the support forum. This would normally not be a problem but i now have 10 Heros and am unable to dismiss old ones to get better ones. please see the screen shots.

I know you are busy buy can you please fix this issue i am having. I am unable to to dismiss heros that i no longer need to upgrade to new ones. I have 9 Heros and do not use all of them. I am a VP7 and this is a bit annoying. Thank you in advance for fixing the issue.

I know you said that I would have to wait sometime but now I have 8 Hero and am able to summon Poseidon. When do you believe this will be fixed? And if your not sure can i tell you what hero to dismiss for me so that you can force the dismiss?

Correction I have 11 Hero and it says that I have the max number of Hero. I have the Poseidon card in my bag and am unable to summon it.
