sign-up problems

Hello,
I am trying to create a new account linked to a differenet e-mail.; When I first signed up, I tried to use this e-mail but forgot password, so I used another e-mail account to set up.; Now, today, trying to use that old e-mail account, the sign-in page says that my old e-mail account is already registered.; When I try to reset password, LoA sign-in tells me that I have not entered a valid e-mail address.; These two facts are in contadictino to one another, why can\'t I reset password to e-mail that is already registered?; Why does password reset say that the already registered e-mail address is not a valid e-mail address??

Asimov3@yahoo.com is the e-mail account I have been using, the second one I signed up with.

Asimov7@msn.com is the account I first signed up with and forgot the password to.

I just checked my e-mail Asimov7@msn.com and i recieved no message from GT arcade or anything else related to LoA, excpet for reciepts for recharges.

What response are you talking about??

going on three weeks now, why am I not getting assistance.; Why is junior moderator lying about my failure to repsond to the request given.

Look, I haven\'t descended into rancor and profanity like a lot of people do when given poor service or assistance, but this is ridiculous.; I don\'t deserve to be jerked around like this.

I llisted the e-mails as requested and nothing has been done about it.; I wish to talk to a senior moderator or supervisor and complain about this deliberate failure to assist.

The proof that feather_of_son is lying is in this very thread.; The e-mails are listed as requested.

If i don\'t get assistance.; I will copy this entire thread and submit it on gaming blogs all over the net so people can see exactly the kind of dishonest;customer service you provide.

I have been appropriate, truthful and respectful about the details of this request for assistance.; Now kindly help me with resetting the password to that account and/or explain why it says that account doesn\'t exist.
