        Dear GTArcade,

        It seems to me that you would want your recharge system to work properly if you want to stay in business.; But, this week you decided it was time to change providers (vendors), to increase the prices, and to make it overall more difficult for the players to recharge diamonds.
        You do not allow tickets for recharge issues, even though that would make the most sense for those who need to provide screenshots of a personal nature.; Certainly, I am not about to put any personal information into an open forum like this. And so, you are just making it more and more difficult to enjoy the game.
        You know me. I have invested heavily in my character, and would continue to do so if it were convenient.; But, you have removed the convenience factor, and made the game much less enjoyable.
        Now the best resource for me to use for recharging is PayPal.ayPal is not a credit agency.; PayPal takes cash from my hands and places it into yours.; It should never fail. ;It is linked directly to my checking account, and is never short of cash, yet 3 times today, even though PayPal has approved my transactions, your company has failed the transactions.
        So here\'s the deal... I will give you 24 hours to ensure that my PayPal;transactions are approved, or I will move to a different game that better appreciates my business.

Sir Galahad gtarcade server 78 Bulroc, I still have not received any email confirmations of diamond purchases from yesterday even though on my $39.99 purchase, I received my The Precious bonus (4000) but still have not received my (4000) original diamond purchase.  This mishap caused my numbers in CS Tycoon to be skewed because they were not properly credited yesterday.  Not very happy about that.  Obviously feel some appropriate game play compensation should be in order as a result.; The other purchase $19.99 received both original & precious bonus without incident.; Please correct this situation at your EARLIEST convenience.  Thank you.

        It seems this new vendor, WorldPay is impossible to contact.; Once cannot make a new account, and cannot establish a relationship to ensure new recharges are accepted.

        GTarcade, you have not investigated my inquiry, and have done nothing to convince me to continue supporting you.; You have lost my business.; I am sure that with customer service like this, it is just as well that I go somewhere else.; Soon you will be out of business anyway.
