        as i\'m seeing more and more new angel with 100% hit, is he still considered the BEST other than (athena and Victoriana)

        Last I checked, Raphael was the second-best guardian angel in the game. With the release of Elena and Theia, he\'s probably been bumped down a bit. That -%def skill is really nice in PvE from what I\'ve heard, though.

        wow, then what is your current active angel? kinda curious.
        is 100% is really needed? or should i just go with angel with buffs?

        I don\'t actually own a lot of angels, I\'ve just gathered a lot of information overall and have a good memory. c: I use Varda as my deployed angel personally because she\'s the only 100% hit angel I own, and I\'m too lazy to swap her out in situations where I don\'t need a 100% hit angel.

        Having something that\'s 100% hit is nice mostly because you can use offensive aegis choices (saggitarius, virgo, etc.) instead of defensive ones (aquarius, pisces, etc). That\'s useful in both PvP and PvE. I don\'t know if it\'s essential in any way or what the respective worth of these things are, though - I\'m free to play so I just pick up whatever I can get with my pathetic budget. c:

        Yes...I agree!
        For those cannot get Victoriana or other stronger angels \'cause best prizes in events they will never win...yes he is the best one availbel for the moment.
