I already obtained a Valkyrie crest, yet, the recruit icon only shows not owned...

It\'s a display bug, once you have enough Ruby Herosouls it should allow you to recruit Valkyrie

If not, make a new thread and remember to include your IGN, server and screenshots showing you have the crest in inventory and enough Ruby herosouls

Dear Player, as owly said its display but however he made a little mistake to recruit Valkyrie you need 1 500 Topaz Herosouls, after you collect them you can recruit her, but if you have any problem with recruiting do not hesitate and come back to support section of forum and include your IGN server and corresponding screenshots along with explaination what is happening to you. tnx, but how much ruby souls do i need? have 660 topaz and 336 rubies. further, isnt valkyrie a topaz hero?

so you\'re saying valkyrie crest is useless that i have to use 1500 topaz herosouls. and support always advise to go to thread when it comes to game issues... to think i spent diamonds in beach treasure to complete my shards

As you can see in the picture above Valkyrie is Topaz hero not ruby, owly simply made mistake and said its ruby hero. Valkyrie crest has a display error which will make your crest of her showing as not owned even if you have her. Don´t worry when you reach total of 1 500 topaz hero souls and you decide to recruit Valkyrie you can get her. Astral Tavern and Enigma taverns are special Taverns where you need to have both crest of the heroes along with the corresponding herosouls so you can recruit them. This means you need Crest (which you have for Valkyrie) along with 1 500 Topaz quality Herosouls so then you´ll be able to recruit her.
