        I cant do vip renewal or recharge with this stupid new system. I have been a paying and playing member since December 2013 and all of a sudden nothing. Come on really I need this fixed right away. And while you are at it I need my submit ticket fixed I still can not submit tickets since day 1 and have posted in forums about it in the past.

The VIP Subscriptions have been having Issues with Renewing and with allowing Players to Cancel, and having to ask GTA to Manually Cancel it on their end.

To avoid these Issues, GTA is stopping the VIP Subscriptions, and only the VIP 1-Month Purchase with Diamonds can be bought now. The Diamonds Bonus that Players received through the Subscription is not disappearing, but yet will be used as a Discount for the Next Month Purchase.

And with not being able to recharge we do not have enough diamonds to purchase the diamond vip

so gt arcade after speaking with my financial institute have found out that you need to update your software. you do not allow the verified by visa for some reason therefore using visa debit is the only way I have to do it. your software only allows a 13 digit card number to be entered but I need to enter a 16 digit card number. I would say either fix this issue or revert back to your old payment system. the one that worked.
