How about a server- based Donation Chest?

        Would be for players that do not or can not recharge / recharge excessively.
        Reasons could be from being a child that\'s playing to being from a country or state that does not allow the funding.
        If a player recharges any amount over 9.99/ month;they lose the right to participate in lottery.
        Use a lottery on a monthly basis to disperse items, gear, etc that are donated by other server members.
        By doing this you will have a higher player retention rate, clean up players character pages from all the clutter, lol.
        And partially evens some of the playing field for lees fortunate or younger players.
        And also make a lot of players more invested in the game, I have polled everyone I talk to about this, all agree it is a needed tool.
