lost crystals that i paid for due to server script error

        ;;;;; situation is that on 2/21/2015 I made 2 purchase on diamonds one for 39.99 and one for 9.99 minuets later I received the 4000 diamonds then I received the 1000 diamonds but while I was collecting the;rewards for buying them the game froze so like normal I clicked refresh but the game never came back all I got was a page displaying script errors exactly like the one shown in this thread. ; (which I also posted in a few times);http://community.gtarcade.com/post/54846/;;;;;;; . it took a few hours for the server to be back online and when I was able to log in it was like the game had been backed up to about 5 min before the crash and my 1000 diamonds were gone but all the rewards were there and able to be collected (which I had already collected before the crash); I did not receive a email for either the 39.99 or the 9.99 purchase, but it does show it here ;;http://prntscr.com/6bivqb; because I didn\'t get a email I am unsure how to get the transaction numbers I can also give the bank statements to a mod if it is needed. its been a week since this happened and I have had a unanswered support ticket in the whole time.
