Valkyrie Icon not showing in recruit

I got the Valkyrie icon from the Christmas event but when I go to recruit it shows that I do not have the icon.I am close to having enough herosouls to recruit her,but I am concerned that because it shows as not having it I will not be able to recruit her.It shows as being in my inventory so I am concerned there is a problem.Anyone else have this problem and if so how was it rectified.I have tried sending a ticket but that won\'t work for me either.

its a visual glitch as long as you have the crest in your inventory you can recruit once you have enough herosouls

Thank you for your response Matt,That makes me feel a lot better.I only need around 80 herosouls now so I am almost there.

Dear Player, what matt said to you is correct information, as long as you have required amout of Topaz Herosouls you´ll be able to recruit her.
