Stay cool nobody is working on it. Another moderator already posted that we should no longer worry about TC bugs (that are here since day 1 of TC) because it is going to be replaced by another event. reiko tells the universal answer, so either it was reported to dev not aware of that, or (sadly more probably) did not report anything and just gave the universal answer - after the year of loa we know wll that not much outside new buggy stuff is being worked on (like 10% of hard bugs were fixed) and the game is less and less playable until it reaches its very end.

        In this particular instance, it looks more like a lack of participating guilds.
        Guild leaders or deputies need to register their guild on the day of TC to be included in the draw.
        If you don\'t register you don\'t participate, it\'s not a random mix.
        In my server S253, we rarely have more than 6 guilds register (and that\'s after merging 3 other servers into us)

        Apparently they already checked it and this issue is now under investigation.
        And about the universal answer you are talking about..... What do you want me to say? As I said above, the report has been submitted. I created a report and handed it to the devs , then I notify the player who created the report. I just did my job sir! I just follow the simple protocol .

        I have a question to you janfausek, if you are a FM and your superiors told you the following:
        hey this is our protocol, you create a report, you handed it to the devs, then notify the player that his report has been submitted and will be fixed.

        If you didn\'t know, FMs work is actually to become a medium between the players and the devs, we are doing our job, we are used as a MEDIUM so that the players queries/problems will be send and properly distributed.

        Now this is my message to you...

        Dear janfausek,
        I am doing my job as a FM, if you have got problems about the game you are FREE to create your own report and state your problem there. Now if you are just replying to other post without supplying possible solutions or advise, please do not reply on it.
