I\'ve been having trouble recharging my account with a visa card. I checked with my bank and it should be fine. Also, I can\'t place a ticket for help. It keeps sending me back. Could I please get some help?

Seems a lot of people are having the same problem. My paypal keeps getting rejected even though theres money in the account. My tickets have been ignored all day.
