can't do loop + can't do zodiac + can't submit ticket

        i had this this problem since yesterday 1 bug appear when i try blitz on zodiac it said data base eror after that i can\'t do any quest loop quest, main quest, etc
        and after that i try to submit the ticket but i can\'t submit ticket, so what must i do now? i can\'t event get my all around tallent hot event clear with this bug and can\'t get experience from other quest that i usually get, how can i level up my char with this bug occur, idk where else to report this problem my only last hope is on this forum cuz i can\'t even submit my ticket, ty in advance for read my problem i\'ll put screen shoot to on that database bug eror hope this can fix soon so i can play like usual
