Precious recharge failure.

Cannot recharge. ;This was reported 2/27. ;the reply was Dear Player: Sorry for the inconvenience, please try other payment method, have a good time. I have a ;completely new card now which gave the result pictured below.

3 cards give the same result now. ;1 was the one I used previously to the worldplay and did work there.

I just recharged 20$ for 2000 diamonds because The Precious event was on... It did not trigger and did not give me my bonus 2000 diamonds, please help me and fix this. I refreshed many times and even recharged again to be sure, still nothing... I tried submitting a Ticket several times, it doesn\'t show in my Ticket History...;

Any help would be appreciated, because i did get my diamonds, just not the ones from The Precious event and it\'s the first time it happens to me. Thank you!

I recharged 10.00 and did\'nt get diamonds but money was taking off My card.;

I\'ve tried to recharge 4 times already and nothing happens for me either. Always a failed payment and it\'s getting really irritating. There\'s only one payment method that I\'ve ever used and I\'ve never had this problem before. I dn\'t use the other ones that they have available. I\'ve noticed several threads now describing this problem. Is it going to get fixed? Or is the answer always going to be to \'try a different payment method?\' If this problem continues I don\'t see myself playing this game much longer.
