        i purchased styx\'s icon on the first day of world tree and havent gotten the icon i have also filed ticket but no reply what do i do ?

        provide IGN + Server, also a screen shot proofing that you bought it.

        there a counter in lucky tree - angel which shown 1/1, if you bought it then it going to be 0/1. (this can be the proof)
        also if you can\'t find the icon in the inventory and you absolutely sure you had bought it, try unlocking the angel.
