I recently purchased an order of 1k diamonds and 500 diamonds but did not receive my goods, both purchases were through Payment Wall. I\'ve waited a couple days for the 1k diamonds and thought maybe if I order with my cellphone it would work but did not. I have sent Payment Wall two initiates but did not receive any helpful feedback. Would like to know if I\'m being charged and not receiving or if it\'s even going through at all. Also I cannot create a ticket for some reason so I had to resort to forums.
I made several attempts today to buy diamonds through paypal and worldpay both failed I was not charged;
can someone fix it I wanted to buy diamonds and now can not because the payment system is failing
