hell Portal (NO ESSENCE) from legendary refresh minions

        I started on new server S230 - BurnNHell

        I refreshed 3 times, for legendary minions, spent gold, I didn\'t get essence from 2 of the legendary minions, I only got 1 essence. pls fix, I did spend gold to get these minions. 2 other players join me, and they only received 1 essence as well. pls look into this and give me the 2 essences that are missing, as well give to my 2 other players on same server, Heros, and Brome76. thks

        Hi zorall,

        Good question, you can do it by taking a screenshot of your orange essences BEFORE and AFTER you summoned 1 orange minion.;

I had 6 orange synth before an alliance member opened 5 Pandora\'s box. After we completed killing the 5 orange minions, I still have only 6 orange synth. I just recently noticed this and do not know if this bug has happened in the past.
        This is going to be a BIG set back for me considering monopoly event is starting after server reset and I wont be able to get points from Orange Chest.

        Please assist to fix this ASAP as I do not want to be left behind during monopoly!

Here\'s a better idea. Why don\'t you give us 1 Pandora box and we will gladly take that screenshot for you and prove to you that the bug is there since you appear to be unable to check your logs (despite you having a log on each and every player).
