Bought wrong imperial print

Just went to the lucky coin shop and thought I needed the imperial mail print but actually needed the boots print. ;I have 2 imperial mail prints now in my inventory. ;Can someone please swap a mail print for a boots please for me. ;Would be a nice way to show some good customer service at this critical time; especially since I have chosen to continue to support LoA after all that has gone on. ; I recharged 300 today for the prints etc...and bought the wrong one as my memory failed me at that time. ;I would like to think I didnt waste my money because I had faith that if a mistake happens support will help me out in gratitude of MY support. ;;I am in EST server Thornwalls S101 Facebook platform.         I\'ve asked the devs about it and they refuse the request to exchange for another print. They also recommend you to keep the print for your other heroes. I\'m really sorry that there\'s nothing more that I could help beyond this point.
