Cant send tickets for game issues

        I have tried to send in a ticket because of a diamond issue. But it just keeps resetting the info and refusing to submit the ticket.
        I tried to load diamonds to my account using the openbucks payment tab. The money was taken off my cards, but no diamonds applied to my account.

        Since you\'re using UltimatePay to recharge, we need your recharge\'s Transaction ID, which contains 15 numbers (no alphabet) begins with \'14\', so that devs could check what\'s wrong with your recharge. If you couldn\'t find the transaction ID of your recharge, please provide us with Order ID instead, which contains 10 numbers without any alphabet.

As long as you provide either Transaction ID and Order, it\'ll be easier for devs to investigate your issue.

        I did however receive a message from uuzu, saying they have applied the money to a different location. It seems that they charged my credit card some months ago without my permission, when I called paypal, and the bank, the money was refunded to my cc account. Yet uuzu is still trying to get money from me that they have no rights to at the risk of losing me as a paying player.
        I have made it clear to UUZU, that if they do not stop trying to steal money from my card, I will have to get the police involved. Kindly help regarding this issue.

        Dear Tiny1ton

        Devs couldn\'t do anything if you can\'t provide the transaction or order ID since they can\'t check your payment status without this. Is there any other ID like invoice ID in the mail and could you help us here by giving screenshot of your receipt mail so I could show it to the devs.
