VIP unsubscribe not working

Yesterday I tried unsubscribing to vip, it gave me a message saying it failed, that it may have been cancelled manually by the GMs. Today I logged in and the VIP got renewed. What do I need to do to cancel the subscription, support tickets do not work.

I am having the same exact problem and my vip renewed today as well, i have already posted about this and no1 has yet to help ; IGN Nawt Server S20

I just submitted another ticket about this as well. ;And mine is renewed tomorrow. ;Not going to spend anymore money on this game after what has happened since CS tycoon.
