The Precious not triggering today?

        I just recharged 20$ for 2000 diamonds because The Precious event was on... It did not trigger and did not give me my bonus 2000 diamonds, please help me and fix this. I refreshed many times and even recharged again to be sure, still nothing... I tried submitting a Ticket several times, it doesn\'t show in my Ticket History...;
       
       
       

        Any help would be appreciated, because i did get my diamonds, just not the ones from The Precious event and it\'s the first time it happens to me. Thank you!

Dear Player, please check the other requirement for precious event, you need also get Tidal Pool points to collect it, if you cannot collect it please make screen shot of your todays tidal pool score.

My bad, problem solved itself once tidal pool has reached 200+ points, thanks, this post can now be taken down.
