        guess I want get the precious; event; etc sinc eevery method I have tried says fail I have talked to my bank and; they say it is on your end; NEVER HAD A PROBLEM; WITH THE OLD SYSTEM AND 1st TIME USEING THIS SYSTEM every part of it fails  and IT is GOING TO COST ME EVENTS;

        This is happening to me as well and I\'m really not happy about it. I too want to purchase more diamonds as well but I\'ve tried several times and it says payment failed. What\'s wrong with it? I wanted to participate in the percious event that\'s currently going on right now and it probably looks like I\'ll be missing it. Very unhappy and I\'d like for whoever to fix this please.

Yes and I\'m not about to use a payment method that I have no knowledge of. Too risky to do so. This is seriously making me angry and don\'t understand why tickets aren\'t getting answered. Why get rid of a payment method that actually works!?

ive tried all methods none are working for me went by my bank to make sure i still had money in the acct (which i was pretty sure i did) and i still cant recharge which sux because someone is going to pass me in quiz just because they can recharge and i cant!!!

thanks for nothing; I lost 2 events because of not being able to recharge and; lost out on the precious event;thanks a lot; why you all changed to something that wasn\'t broke; I don\'t get it NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UPAY but this world pay is crap I demand compensation and; my rewards from beach event and quiz and my; diamonds from precious event; ;because of your fail ass system and you all refuseing to; fix in a timely manner; NO wonder people; are fed up with this
