Best skills and heroes for Spiritu

At the moment I have Prome and Apollo with my Spiritu and am stuck on which skills to use at the moment as I dont seem to be getting anywhere I also have the Astral Tiger as my beast, thanks;

Get Hermes as a tank in front row, Apollo as DD in the back row and you in the lower row. With Astral, ditch penance which is now useless and focus on damage skills. You might need healing skills for HT. You can keep Prometheus as the alternate hero

Apollo : Built him as back row DD
Ditch Star Frost and get Ice Wrath -->; better dmg
Ditch Brutal Shout (only for tanks) and get Mediation -->; Matk boost
Reset your totems to focus only on ATK and HP, get HP Spirit Totem (Central one)
Get Aria of Devil Title
Place him in the back row

Now concerning double/triple canon and other things, since you seem to be doing fairly well on your server given your ranking and also seem to be kinda lost, I would recommend to play it safe and build your Prometheus as a tank or better, get Hermes from monopoly and build him as a tank.
Place him in the front row
Skills to get
Arcane Spore - Blood Essence - Brutal Shout - Phantom Form
Focus on DEF/HP totem, get DEF Spirit Totem and a CoHP title.

Alternate hero: Get a damage dealer
Nostrums : Get HP, PDEF, MDEF, MATCK. If you have a blood/iron amt hero get a PATCK nostrum as well.

Concerning you, place yourself in the lower row and concentrate on attack skills such as Sacrifice-Spirit Bound-Star Curse-Light Shock for instance.;
