Recharge Issue

Dear GTArcade,
I\'m playing Knight Fable using Facebook.
IGN : Staz
Server : Mattan (191) -HKT
I\'m recharge 200 Gold using Game-On Wallet provide there as payment methods. And it said already success, but i didnt recieve the gold in game, still 0 Gold. Please help me.
