welcome to the forum. it is hard to say welcome back, because we have not seen you in a while.
a couple of things.
i am still seeing a lot of recharge failed posts, and now they are being redirected to support tickets. only months ago, players were told in forum to forget about support tickets and post in support forum. i hope this works. not for myself, since i am done with recharges after jan SS Tycoon fiasco, but for those who still want to pay to win.
since the game runs 24/7, you also need some level of support 24/7. not just the usual moderator platitudes about being patient, but some actual support. nights, weekends, holidays. maybe not full support at all times, but somebody to deal with the recharge issues, which represent the lifeblood of this company. nothing irritates a player more than seeing his card balance increase, without getting his diamonds nearly immediately. the level of outrage in some posts approaches unreality.
add new sections to forum. one for each type of game error. for instance, recharge failure, log failed and database error. lot of those around, and sorting out those from the clutter, not to mention posting in an incorrect forum section leaves OP\'s somewhat adrift if they never see any response. i have seen numerous times when a player tags onto a post after a mod has answered, and then it scrolls slowly down the screen, never to be seen again. the same thing happens when no mods are on duty. the sheer volume of posts can knock a legitimate post out of sight in an hour or less.
