welcome to the forum. it is hard to say welcome back, because we have not seen you in a while.

        a couple of things.
i am still seeing a lot of recharge failed posts, and now they are being redirected to support tickets. only months ago, players were told in forum to forget about support tickets and post in support forum. i hope this works. not for myself, since i am done with recharges after jan SS Tycoon fiasco, but for those who still want to pay to win.

since the game runs 24/7, you also need some level of support 24/7. not just the usual moderator platitudes about being patient, but some actual support. nights, weekends, holidays. maybe not full support at all times, but somebody to deal with the recharge issues, which represent the lifeblood of this company. nothing irritates a player more than seeing his card balance increase, without getting his diamonds nearly immediately. the level of outrage in some posts approaches unreality.

add new sections to forum. one for each type of game error. for instance, recharge failure, log failed and database error. lot of those around, and sorting out those from the clutter, not to mention posting in an incorrect forum section leaves OP\'s somewhat adrift if they never see any response. i have seen numerous times when a player tags onto a post after a mod has answered, and then it scrolls slowly down the screen, never to be seen again. the same thing happens when no mods are on duty. the sheer volume of posts can knock a legitimate post out of sight in an hour or less.

Dear G M Nicky

Sure, 24/7 support for critical things is beeing suggested for at leats all the time I play - about 9 months.
Both Logfailed and Database Errors is easily loggale on gta side and should not require any player intervention to get cared for. But you know, they fix these individualy, so the less requests come, the less work has to be done - thus limitting those fixes only to those heavily bumping the forum makes it much easier for them.

Volume of forum posts is maily effect of two problems:
        1) zero docummentation - they preffer long tutorials that are usefull to go play this or that, but most of them lack exact information usefull for any manual calculations of posiibilities. At least 10% of posts are about same things all the time - but no FAQ is here for thing like i can evolve my level 30 totem. Overal gain would be clear, but gta seems to be unable to count and never paid much attention to support at all.
        2) no testing and too many bugs. Again, it would require some initial investment from gta to fix the game in noticeable manner, but result would be much less posts in the forum
Bottom line is: dont make already too buggy and complex system more complex because that would only generate more bugs without any positive outcome. But this approach was never understood by gta no matter how many times did anyone repeat it.
