Can I say in Asgard worldwide chat: CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE SPEAK IN ENGLISH? Can you dev implement a rule of using only english. We are bothered of seeing other languages that we do not understand. Or better they could write in theyre own language and there should be an auto translate and in chat should appear in english? Who is with me?

The language spoken in chat is an issue with some? Seriously?  I know 4 languages and speak none, and for those that know me they'll know what that means.  Try living in a world where 99% of the population doesn't know your primary mode of communication then come to me and complain.  Consider yourself fortunate that your primary language is English and a large percentage of foreign peoples know some of your language along with their own.  I am proudly American, though not of American descent but its embarrassing that so few Americans speak a language other than English.  I commend those in real life that make an effort to communicate with me and leave their comfort zone to do so.  It takes a lot of time and effort to converse with me.  

If someone in game wants to talk to you directly they will attempt to do so in whatever method they feel they can communicate their message to you. Let them be, most of them are not talking to you and to believe so is pure arrogance on your part.  I am in awe of the multiple languages people communicate in game and wish I was intelligent enough to learn more.  I struggle with the basics of my own language.  As for 'some' that troll the cesspool known as 'Asgard Chat,' they are just trying to cause contention and should be ignored.  The technology that exists that allows a person like me to communicate freely with no boundaries, is the same technology that effectively eliminates face to face conversations and allows people to be anonymous cowards spewing hate speech freely.  If you don't dare say something to my face, you probably shouldn't say it anonymously online.  Never in history has their been a means of communication so simple and widely used it should be bringing people together, yet in my short existence, I was not born before the internet, I see it is used to divide.

I apologize for my rant as language and communication are a passion of mine.  I wish all well and happy gaming.

let me clarify...players are free to speak the language of which they are most accustomed to. No, a translator will not be implemented. As an American I am sure you like the Freedom of Speech Amendment, and you are free to voice your distaste of other languages, however i would like to point out your own quoting. You state "Asgard worldwide chat" and you are correct Asgard IS worldwide. Therefor, trying to push a language that is not even the highest used language in the world onto the players present in Asgard is a bit presumptuous.

I speak type English, PASCAL, C, TinyBASIC, and Z-80 and 68000 assembly language. And the last five are very rusty. Still, I oppose this rule. Everyone should be type ANY language...unless they are typing to me, then any language but English will simply be ignore. It is all Greek to me.

Same could be for some who don't understand or want chat in English.
Simply put, its upto the player conversing to choose their mode of language.
When they want the rest to be privy to it, they will do so in a general language.

I am against the move to have only English as the asgard chat language.
Use google translator if you so want to be in a discussion not centered around you.

believe me for most of the time not knowing what they are texting in asgard chat is a blessing, if you want use google translator and enjoy the results lol

Very well put sunghee. My alliance lost several excellent players because of "language intolerance" in chat. Not something I  agree with at all. Free world, free speech. Whenever I see my old former  allis in asgard i make it a point to say hello in the middle of their foreign to me conversation which always draws a few "hmmm" emos from some and a happy face from my old friends.

wow, look at your post again, even you can't use proper English... "we are bothered by..." NOT "we are bothered of..." also its ... their, not theyre..... so if LOA bans people for not using English, you'd be gone too HAHAHAHAHA
