Hello Team,

i drawed as you see on picture 10x10 Deluxe Chests and i didnt get the reward at Hot Event Total 10xDraw Bonus.; It dont let me collect the flashy Joker S. PLz help me, Silver, StoneCanyon (S95, GMT). Thank you in Advance for the help.

yes here too after hours suddenly it appears Mystery was before was Deluxe Chests ....but this wasnt my mistake i wanted get Joker S only therefore i did draw them so far.....

they have a bad record of not fixing things (making it right with players);like this, I have had 3 other cases were they mistyped or didn\'t mean to do something and didn\'t see squat. so no promise usually mean no comp. just a heads up.
