I sent in a ticket in Dec and it got a message in January. The ticket got put through to the dev team but nothing was ever done with it. I\'d give up trying to get devs to fix your technical problems if I were you.

        I submitted tickets through in game about 8 times and never got any response to any of them.; Ever.; Not even 6 months later.; And where you go to see tickets it shows all tickets and you have to search for yours.; The my ticket tab doesn\'t work, it\'s bugged.; So after enough tickets are submitted yours scrolls off the page and you can\'t even find it again even if they do respond to it.;

        Submitting tickets in game is a waste of time.; Nothing is ever done with them.; Your only hope for a response of any kind is by posting here in the forums.; And unless it\'s something major, then the only response you\'ll get is from one of the player AMs and never get in any contact with anyone above the AMs
