disconnected from beach event

I am ranked #1 in the Beach Treasure event. I spent a lot of money getting there. I was disconnected last night and could not log in. I am 15 points short of the Advanced Prize. I need you to take in to consideration how much I spend and allow me achieve that advanced prize. Please let me know what you can do for me.
