Hello, anyone having troble with their Vip account Please, got fed up now of putting tickets in and nothing sorted ;i have been vip 8 for four moths now ; can someone advise me what to do other than what i have done ;been told to put a dispute in to facebook ;but dont know how Thanking you all

Not knowing what kind of trouble you are having I don\'t even have a clue as to how to respond. As for putting in a dispute with Facebook it that is your platform you need only send a request to their team. They respond very quickly.

That is just it i cant get into my facebook account keep telling me wrong email ;they are not putting my vip up have been stuck on vip8 for four mths ;but the are taking my subs

        Your VIP level questions should be directed to support.
        I am not sure on this but I think VIP levels are based on spending. I don\'t spend but others that do have passed me in VIP.

        You gain exp from days of VIP and from spending diamonds, after level 5 it takes a while to level up your Level.

        Facebook can only be logged on thru facebook, If you cant log on to facebook you must take it up with facebook support.
