game not loading for day and half

Hi
Game not loading for me get stuck at 99% and the after 5 mins goes black screen. I have reset my computer and wireless router, clean the;computer history;, unstill and;still the flash player, tired on two other computer one watch was friends and called my internet provider. I;run viruses;program.
;Everything else work great; online and other game. This only one not working . Please help

Okay, it wasn\'t a guaranteed fix. It just helps for some. I also believe there is a new update for flash player you may want to look into. But I will report your issue to be resolved. Sorry for the troubles.
