Hell Portal - Legendary Refresh

When I use a Legendary Refresh the Orange mob does not become visible (doesn\'t refresh). I have to go out and back into Hell Portal in order to see it. Anyone else having this problem or has this been noted before and not fixed as of yet

This has been happening since before the CSA bug, so in the scheme of things that means this might get fixed in the next 2 months or so. /end Sarcasm...

found a quazi workaround for this issue you can summon one minion make a team then summon a new one with team window open it will be available after current fight;
