daily devotion bug from hell blitz
This is what I am thinking is happening...
The devs that are writing this code are basically slapping it onto other games that are identical to this one;with the exception of the graphics overlay. I played an Android / iOS game called Divine Might that was basically IDENTICAL to this game with the exception of graphics. They broke that game when an Android update came out and they couldn\'t / didn\'t fix it for over 3 weeks. (Maybe not fixed yet, I don\'t know, I uninstalled it for the last time after 3 weeks of trying 3 times a week).;Yep, 3 weeks when you could not even load the game on an updated Android device.
The people who pay for the game just pay for the latest build / update to the software and because the programmers / devs are basically putting out basic code that is NOT tweaked for this specific environment of variables, we get bugs all the time.;
Think of a minecraft update. A new update comes out and breaks all of the tweaks / mods that people built, and until those mods are tweaked to work with the newest build of minecraft, it is broken. I think all of the events, CSA\'s, Melees, Nian Repulse, and all of the other items you access via a button are just a mod. and when the basic underlying;software is updated, it frequently breaks the mods.;
Why do the devs NOT test it on a server first? Because once again, the devs sell the mods and basic underlying software to many companies who then make the game their own with their own tweaks. And because of that, the Devs are not running servers for each of these places that use the mods and underlying software. Once the people who brought the software report a problem to the devs, the devs have to go through troubleshooting like asking what changes did yo make to fit your environment from what we sent you? What is happening? Is it happening to everyone? Can you reproduce it? and so forth and I am sure far more questions as well. A setting in Knights Fable might break the CSA, but in Divine Might that does not use the same tweak, it might work just fine.
So the people we complain to here are not the programmers, they are the people who brought the software from the devs. I think also the reason that the NUMEROUS support tickets entered using the in game system is very sporadically answered and for sure not answered by the people that answer on here. Also I think why the problems reported here are responded to faster then the tickets submitted.
Do I know for a fact that what I am saying is right? No, but it sure does fit doesn\'t it?
