finished a pillar with 6 extra dusts as drops and didnt get anything the final battle never opened but it said i finished the pillar i checked bp and nothing but my attempt is gone, this has happened like 4-5 times in the last month or two but always had a failed to load msg b4 i didnt get that this time

Reported, sorry, the way they comp these is 50 gold, which is a extra HT attempt.

Basically, if you have 50 gold, go do an extra attempt, and you can expect to get that gold back soon.
