hell blitz..Bug

Im stuck in hell blitz..There is no bag icon..Server189 Dirtydowns..been 18hrs..Havent been able to do war, monopoly nothing..Help please..

Also mine did not register that I did it for the Devotion 30 points. I did 30-31 Hell blitz, and collected. I checked the Devotion page and it still says I need to do all 6 to get my 30 points.
