I have all the required items for promotion, but every time I click promotion, it says missing items. I believe this is a glitch. Please assist. Thanks.

promotion for? if its for city theres also a title you need to earn. for first advancement you need phuran title. for second advancement you need murcan title. hope this helps

Thanks. I need a total of 60 saint souls. I have 33 so far (in my bag), but it only says I have 19 when I go to the character promotion screen. Is this normal?

there are different qualities of souls, make sure u have the right ones.
each chapter of the Holy throne drops different qualities.

Thank you very much. I was collecting the 65 level ones for the 3rd promotion instead of the 50 level needed for the 2nd promotion. Thanks for all the assistance!
