Dear Player, I´ll report your issue, but please be patient till we fix it as it´ll take us some time, as to why you weren´t answered the problem might happen due to quite a few reasons: such as other threads covered yours, another one might be you posted while no moderator was online, or you posted after moderators shift etc. there are various reasons which I apologize for.
