        Since you said you would forward demands these are not really demands, but what I think is fair and equitable to the majority of players.
                        ;think everyone should get 45-50% refund in diamonds                                and to cover free to play etc in addition...                                level 50-59 should get 5k in diamonds                                level 60-69 should get 10k in diamonds                                level 70-79 should get 15k in diamonds                                level 80-89 should get 20k diamonds                                plus 1k diamonds for every level of vip they have                                They can give SQ to everyone and also add a exchange for different yellow heros for those that have legitimately won her so they will then have 2 yellow                                If we all contact our CC companies and do 6 months of chargebacks with the proof that exists in this forums it will cost them far more.                                I am not saying this because I think it means more because you spent more, I think tho that they should pay special attention to the players that have really supported this game financially so it doesn\'t end.                                Also I absolutely think Ghost, Redshift and any other mod that helped bring this forward should be given the power to check the accts of suspicious players and answer those concerns. ;                                What we need now to save the game is to compensate the players in a way that screams We are sorry and put in place the checks and balances needed to make players feel confident to recharge again.                                Thanks

        you\'re right lilmiss, these are not demands & they sound like fair compensation to me for what the game has done to its players.;
        I for one will not recharge again til something is done and even tho I enjoy this game I will leave if they dont make things right.
        Of course there is always another way for players to handle this if the devs & owners dont want to make things right on there own, its called a LAW SUIT!!! and we have the documentation to do it and shut the game down completely. The game devs & owners need to keep that in mind.

        Since they have done it to this game I can only think that every game they own is having the same problems. They already proved their stupidity here and Greediness in so many ways that i can not believe that we are the only ones being done this way. But we can\'t get on the other games Forums either to find out just how bad it has gotten with them either. But I will bet my pay check that all the other games they run are going through the same thing and their players are demanding the same things we are. And just because their main base is Tokyo that we as players can\'t ruin them completely and make it so that they never have another game or online anything.

sorry guys but that is a pittance of diamonds, give that away with a precious, would not affect us in the least, needs to be a real comp for the cashers as well, I have recharged over a million worth, not counting precious etc. so 50k is laughable. 500k would get my attention. but not my full trust until the overpricing and BS in game is changed as well.

        Players like yourself should receive back about 1/2 of what they have spent and then also the rewards that go to all players.
        Point was to cover the ftp, vip, and all levels of cash players according to what they spent while a fraud was perpetrated against them.
        My original thought was 100% but then I had some comments on another post and they made sense in that we did see some benefit from the diamonds we received.
        So this was the updated version.
