        I used to think all i needed was at least i tried one of the biggest quotes that have ever resonated with me. Quick background I\'ve worked in many jobs I now see as predatory that took decades to get into and even more effort to get out of. I know i could probably piggy back on more popular threads but don\'t want to negatively effect them and I know I don\'t put what is in my head in text well and anything said is my own opinion. I am pseudonym and wheel \'n deal and it may help to know I\'ve been around a while.
        This is a many tiered problem.
        1) This is a Youzu game and Youzu is HUGE. Gt = Youzu and can be seen with;© 2013 YOUZU Games Hongkong Limited;and liability to trace back to Youzu is much much more difficult.;This subsidiary (admitted in ToS);
        Stop using the word gtarcade all together and use Youzu or Youzu\'s LoA instead.
        2) Immediate trumps severity. The average person is optimistic vs others. Beholder\'s road must never be forgotten. Compensation must always be brought to light vs if the event worked as it should. Unanswered tickets must ALL be brought to light. I suggest. Don\'t let things go.
        Any and all of this poor customer service, broken parts, and;legitimate needless;poor experience must go into the support section and we could change strategy and suggestion could fill the gap of what solo help could go.
        3) Cohesion is possible if we try. This is on the help Youzu side. What is the most immediate, widespread, and agreed need to stop things in this game. There are many many failure (failed logs, cross sever war failure, random bugs ect). If we can agree on 1 thing at a time we want fixed as a community gives them a place to work hard on. This must be very very specific. Answer our tickets and tell what progress is occurring. Assume if no answer mean no progress and if no progress let us know they are not making an effort to assist you.
        We are a community with an ultimate goal to have fun;so let\'s act like it.
        I\'m tired and may continue, as the feedback I get isn\'t great, and these things take a long time.;I will also try to fix my previous statement. TL;DR is a serious problem for me. I\'m used to large reports so sorry.
