Is silence the best way to win trust?

        And again and again and again. When something gets really screwed gta just stay in silence to let the matters fly away. Remember the first round of seeds without Lunaria? Remember Beholder Road crash?
        I wonder how gta dreams about winning back any trust when they do not answer a single message in the forum. Asking us to stay with the topic in one thread and threatening with deletion of all the other threads on the subject made by players might have worked did they communicate in that thread. But as we are used to announcement threads, nobody ever bother to read the comments in them.
        Fact is, that this screw up is a big one and while that non-Lunaria seeds round went around in atmosphere of trust, this one didnt and the reaction of gta made it far far worse. And proofs presented are far stronger. BR was just one server whose population got completely destroyed (yeah they gave some compensation, but repair would have been much easier and better), now its all players on all servers screwed a bit - every single one player, no matter that even freebie, could have been cheated of better rank in this, that, any other event. While cashers were forced to spend more and more, reasonably saving freebies just lost as their reserves got drained and they ended on lower rank.

        Stop beeing silent, admin what you have done and try to win our trust by something better than that ever returning never to be fulfilled promise of some bugfixes.

        That is more than true as nothing short of the truth will win trust.

        They call them hacks now but don\'t explain why they weren\'t hacks before, even told people they were legit players.

        They blame a rogue employee now, but fail to admit their role.

        They can\'t win trust back the way they handle it.

        They are actually thinking of what is the best compensation for all players right now. It is not an easy task even for real players. Some demand refunds/chargebacks to be done, some demand diamonds, some demand items etc. There are branches of ideas on demands,;but in reality, we all seem to forget who is in fact qualified to do demands in this matter. Whatever it is, it will not please each and everyone. Different people have different views and what they actually want.;But we will most likely follow the majority.;
        I will be following up closely on this matter. Cheers.
